NAME : I.U.G Prbath neranja About myself: I was born on Wednesday 28th of may nineteen eighty in sangilipalama hospital. my father I.U.G. Kiribanda and mother H.M Dalpitiya…That day was the 2524 sambuddha jayanthi day. Which mean that I was borne on vesak poya day. My mother said to me she heard radio news when I was on my way. She also said that no other baby was born that day in hospital. We left our home when i was weyr young to go to nawa morape,we had to sacrifice our lands, relatives,& ever loving village & maha gedara to built kotmale tank. Not only us there are thousand of people left their village’s for that sake. & want to places like Anuradhapura ect.. I have first went to school at GAMUNU MAHA VIDUHAL in maswela. after 5th year scholarship I went to HADUNUWEWA central collage. I don’t remember much about my first school other than couple of friends. When I was in Hadunuwawa hostel, I was home sick guy. I wanted to go home every week end. At school I was not god student, I was stubborn boy. I have always tried to be away from class room.& I always wanted to go to play with the friends. There for I was able to become a god sports men. good cricketer My friends & teachers still say I that I was the best batsmen they have seen in nuwara eliya district. Unfortunately I had to stop playing cricket. I also held the record of under 15 long jump for nuwara eliya district in [1994]. & member of the foot ball & table tennis teams as well. 1999 I was sat to G.C.E A/L. examination. But I wasn’t able to clear the bar to go to university . I still regreting about that. If I have made a real attempt to clear the bar, I am sure I would be able to clear it. My school day’s ended in year 2000. with
that , golden era of my life was ended. The day that I left my school
was unforgettable. I still remember that day I was in tears. It was a
wary painful moment for us. Because we all knew that we will never ever
get together like that again.. & we all knew that we are going to
end summer in our lives. after I leave school I had the luck to join KOTHMALE
COMMUNITY RADIO MULTIMEDIA CENTRE as a volunteer graphic designer and
web designer… and now I am working with them as a Computer Graphic
Designer, Web Designer, Photo Editor, Wedding Photo Designer, Movie maker,
Hard wear engineer, as well as a Graphic Designing, Web Designing, internet
and e-mail, Ms office, movie making, Hard wear engineering, sound editing
open source soft wear instructor…controller of the kothmale fm Mr.SUNIL
WIJESINGHA giving me his all the support to going forward.. and I hope
he will do that for my future as well.. and he intrudes me to well known
BBC journalist Mother: she’s name is H.M. Dalpitiya. and she is 57. Niyangandora is the she’s birth place. my mother is house wife & she likes to grow flowers. & 4th member of the family of nine. About my sport’s Foot ball: is also one of my favorite sport. i like to watch Italian seria league an their national team. also like to watch Aston villa in English premier league. My favorite foot ball players are, Christian vieary, franchesco toti , theory Henry & frank lampard. Now I cant wait for foot ball world to begin. I hope it will be god one. Other sports: swimming
and rugby are my other favorite sports. my favorite swimmers are kosuki
kitajima (jpn),peter vandome Hoogenband (neth), lisbath Linton (aus),
kirsty Coventry (zim) & lorry manadoo of (fra).
